Brussels Sprouts Chips
 
Ingredients
  • big bunch of brussels sprouts (I used a 32 ounce bag)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400. Cut ends off of brussels sprouts and peel leaves away. Place leaves in a big bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread leaves in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Cook for 25 minutes, tossing twice. Serve immediately.
